grade definitions
Before exploring our commodities, refer to these industry common definitions and standards Green Evolution Recycling upholds.
OUTTHROWS:
Defined as all papers that are so manufactured or treated or are in such a form as to be undesirable for consumption as the grade specified.
PROHIBITIVE MATERIALS:
Defined as:

Any materials which by their presence in a packing of paper stock, in excess of the amount allowed, will make the pack unusable as the grade specified.

Any materials that may be damaging to equipment.
ZERO TOLERANCE:
Defined as any material that contains any amount of Medical, Organic, Food Waste, Hazardous, Poisonous, Radioactive or Toxic waste and other harmful substances or liquids.
We inspect all paper materials and grades. Our center does not accept paper materials with the following conditions: wax paper, paper containing plastic or metal, food waste paper and containers, hazardous materials, medical waste, paper containing oil, and overly wet paper.

Prices for each paper grade change on a day-to-day basis. We suggest before offering your materials, that you please call or email us for estimates or daily price points.
